This villa is constructed on a small plot of 266sqm, a few steps from the lake of Annecy. The project proposes to revisit the architectural features of the neighboring villas built at the beginning of the 20th century : a compact shape, a double-sided roof and mineral shades.

The house is composed of a ground level and two floors. A large staircase allows to circulate between the different levels. In order to benefit from clear views in this dense urban context, the ground floor of the villa is dedicated to the children's rooms while the first floor is devoted to the living areas. Thus, the kitchen, the dining room and the living room benefit from abundant light thanks to the openings located in the 4 corners of the villa.

The double-sided roof houses the master bedroom a dressing and a bathroom. These spaces are extended by a large terrace that offers a clear view on the mountains andthe lake of Annecy.
